Gyrfalcon in Flight Woodburning

This is a commissioned piece on the lid of a 9"x12"x4" box.  It is pyrography with white acrylic highlights and carved details in the main wing feathers and the body feathers.  It took approximately 8 hours start to finish, the photo reference I used is www.nemesisbird.com/wp-content… !
